Signature keynotes

Four talks. Four frameworks. One measurable outcome.

Every keynote is built on a named framework, not a set of slides. Your audience leaves with a structure they can still explain to a colleague a month later, and you get a talk written for your industry rather than adapted to it.

01
S.E.L.L. + SHIFT framework

Funnels Without the FOMOBuild a sales system that works even when you are not

Most sales still depend on whoever happens to be in the room that day. This keynote replaces heroics with a system: a documented funnel that keeps qualifying, nurturing and converting while the team is asleep, on leave, or busy chasing something else.

For
Sales teams, entrepreneurs, BFSI advisors and relationship managers
Format
60 to 90-minute keynote, or half-day workshop
They leave with
A documented funnel blueprint they can implement within 30 days
02
SHIFT framework

AI-Enabled Humans versus Everyone ElseThe gap that opens in the next eighteen months

AI is not replacing salespeople. It is separating them. On one side, reps who have folded AI into how they research, prepare and follow up. On the other, reps doing the same job by hand and quietly falling behind. This keynote shows a room which side it is currently on, and what crossing over actually requires: not another tool, but a change in how the team works.

For
Sales teams, L&D heads, CHROs and CXOs leading an AI transition
Format
45 to 60-minute keynote, or half-day workshop
They leave with
Their own Human-AI ratio and the first change to make on Monday
03
VISIBLE + SPARK framework

The Thought Leader’s EdgeBuilding authority through content and conversation

Senior people are rarely short of expertise. They are short of a way to make that expertise visible without it sounding like self-promotion. This keynote separates credibility from noise and hands leaders a repeatable structure for saying something worth following.

For
Senior leaders, CXOs, founders and anyone building authority on LinkedIn
Format
45 to 90-minute keynote
They leave with
Their thought leadership gap identified and a 30-day content authority plan
04
S.E.L.L. + SHIFT + PULSE framework

SalesTech AlchemyThe formula every sales team is missing

Organisations keep buying sales technology and keep getting the same numbers back. The missing ingredient is never the software. This is the flagship keynote, and the one where the flask comes out: the argument that the right mixture of human skill and technology produces something neither one delivers alone.

For
VP Sales, sales enablement teams, CXOs, procurement and L&D
Format
Keynote, or full-day masterclass
They leave with
The Human-AI Ratio concept and a SalesTech adoption roadmap

The Alchemist’s Flask

A conical flask in which a teal liquid and a gold liquid are poured together and mix until the mixture runs clear

It started on a podcast.

A guest with a Chemistry degree drew a line I had never seen.

Hormones decide who says yes. Content and technique do the same thing.

A chemical reaction, happening inside a buyer’s head.

So I brought a flask on stage. Two liquids. Human skill. Technology.

Apart, each one has colour. Poured together, the mixture runs clear.

Used once in a training room. Then at two sales conferences.

Same reaction every single time. The flask is not a prop for the sake of a prop. It is the fastest way to show a room of sales professionals that the argument is not human versus AI. It is what the two make together, and that only one of them can pour.

Working together

From your brief to the standing ovation.

Four steps, and you are never chasing for an answer at any of them.

01Discovery call

We start with your audience, not my slides

A 30-minute call covering who is in the room, what they are struggling with, what the organisation has already tried, and what a successful session looks like to the person signing off the budget. If the fit is wrong, I will say so on that call.

02Custom build

The framework stays. Everything around it changes

S.E.L.L., SHIFT, VISIBLE, SPARK and PULSE are proven structures. The examples, the language, the objections and the role plays inside them are rebuilt for your industry and your team, drawing on 20 years across BFSI, insurance, education, retail and technology.

03On the day

Early, briefed, and easy to work with

I arrive ahead of time, walk the room with your AV team, run a sound and slide check, and stay flexible if the agenda slips. Happy to join a panel, host a Q and A, sign books or do a meet and greet if it helps your event.

04After the applause

Something they can still use in 30 days

Post-event resources for attendees, a short summary of what the room actually asked about, and an optional follow-up session or workshop if you want the keynote to become a behaviour change rather than a good morning.

What the room said afterwards

Organisers, founders and fellow speakers.

I had the privilege of listening to Mithyll Dave at a recent startup event, and his session was truly inspiring. He shared the 5-Pillar Framework and the F.U.L.E.D Model, both of which were practical, actionable, and perfectly suited for today’s startup challenges. Mithyll has a rare ability to simplify complex branding and growth concepts into clear steps that founders can immediately apply. I would highly recommend Mithyll as a speaker for any startup or business forum.
