Why organisers rebook

You are booking a partner, not a slot on the agenda.

The talk is one hour. The relationship starts the moment you send the brief and does not end when the applause does.

Built for your room

The framework is proven, the content is not recycled. Examples, objections and role plays are rebuilt for your industry after a discovery call with you and, where possible, two people from the audience.

Frameworks, not motivation

S.E.L.L., SHIFT, VISIBLE, SPARK and PULSE are named structures your attendees can still explain to a colleague a month later. Inspiration fades. Structure gets used.

A prop they remember

The Alchemist’s Flask turns an abstract argument about humans and AI into something the back row can see. It is the moment people photograph and post.

Commercially fluent

Twenty years inside sales and L&D across BFSI, insurance, education, retail and technology. He speaks to your sales floor in their language, and to your CFO in theirs.

Easy on the day

Arrives early, walks the room with your AV team, runs a full check, and stays flexible when the agenda slips. Happy to moderate a panel, host Q and A or sign books.

Fast to respond

Every enquiry is read by Mithyll personally. You get availability, a proposal and an investment figure within 24 hours, not a form response from an inbox.

Long bio · 250 words

Mithyll Dave is a Mumbai-based keynote speaker, corporate sales trainer and brand strategist. He is known as The SalesTech Alchemist for corporate audiences and The Brand Alchemist for founders and independent professionals, and both names describe the same job: turning raw capability into commercial results.

Over 20 years in learning and development he has trained more than 20,000 professionals and coached over 200 CXOs and founders. He has worked with 50+ corporate clients across 15+ industries including banking, insurance, financial services, retail, education and technology, and sales teams report an average 30% lift in conversion after implementing his programmes.

He delivers four signature keynotes. Funnels Without the FOMO builds a sales system that works when the team is not in the room. AI-Enabled Humans versus Everyone Else addresses the gap opening between sellers who have absorbed AI and those who have not. The Thought Leader’s Edge helps senior people build authority through content and conversation. SalesTech Alchemy, his flagship, names the ingredient most sales teams are missing.

He is best known on stage for the Alchemist’s Flask. The idea came from a podcast conversation in which a guest connected his Chemistry degree to sales psychology, describing how hormones shape decisions the way content and technique shape a sale. Mithyll pours two liquids into a flask, human skill and technology, and the mixture runs clear.

He is the author of From Invisible to In-Demand, speaks across India, and is available for engagements in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Singapore.

Stage introduction · read this aloud

Our next speaker has spent twenty years in one argument: that selling is not a personality trait, it is a system. He has trained over twenty thousand professionals and coached more than two hundred CXOs and founders across banking, insurance, retail, education and technology, and the teams who follow his method report an average thirty percent lift in conversion.

He is the author of From Invisible to In-Demand, and he is probably the only speaker who will walk onto this stage carrying a chemistry flask. Please welcome The SalesTech Alchemist, Mithyll Dave.

Questions organisers ask

Before you send the brief.

Four to eight weeks is comfortable for a fully customised keynote, which allows time for the discovery call, audience research and a rebuild of the examples for your industry. Shorter notice is often possible, particularly for existing topics, so it is always worth asking about a date rather than assuming it has gone.

It starts with a 30-minute discovery call covering who is in the room, what they have already tried, and what success looks like to the person approving the budget. The framework stays fixed because it is proven. The examples, objections, role plays and language inside it are rebuilt for your industry, drawing on 20 years across banking, insurance, financial services, retail, education and technology.

Four signature keynotes. Funnels Without the FOMO covers building a sales system that works even when you are not there. AI-Enabled Humans versus Everyone Else covers the gap opening between sellers who have absorbed AI and those who have not. The Thought Leader’s Edge covers building authority through content and conversation. SalesTech Alchemy, the flagship, covers the formula most sales teams are missing.

A wireless headset microphone, no lectern, a 16:9 screen at 1920x1080, a confidence monitor, audio playback from the presenting laptop, and a small side table for the flask demonstration. Room access is needed at least 60 minutes before the session for a technical check. The full specification is listed on this page.

Yes. He is based in Mumbai and travels across India, and takes international engagements in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Singapore. Sessions are delivered in English. Virtual delivery is available for teams distributed across time zones.

It is a live demonstration used on stage. Two liquids are poured into a chemistry flask, one representing human skill and one representing technology, and the mixture runs clear. The idea came from a podcast conversation in which a guest connected his Chemistry degree to sales psychology, describing how hormones shape decisions the way content and technique shape a sale. It works in a conference hall, a boardroom and a workshop room.

Fees depend on format, duration, city, travel and the level of customisation involved, so a figure is quoted per engagement rather than published as a rate card. Send your event details and you will receive availability and a firm proposal within 24 hours. Non-profit, academic and association rates are considered case by case.

You receive a confirmation and a pre-event questionnaire, followed by a discovery call. The session is then built for your audience. On the day Mithyll arrives early, walks the room with your AV team and runs a full technical check. Afterwards you receive post-event resources for attendees and a short summary of what the room actually asked about.
