Shipping & Refund Policy for Mithyll Dave’s Store

1. Shipping Policy for Digital Products

  • All digital products (eBooks, templates, courses, etc.) are delivered instantly to the email address provided at checkout.
  • If you do not receive the email within a few minutes of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder.

2. Shipping Policy for Physical Products (Books) – The Brand Alchemist

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Shipping Time:
    • Domestic Orders (India): 5-10 business days.
    • International Orders: 10-20 business days (depending on the destination).
  • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.
  • Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.

Important:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delivery issues. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses or customs clearance.

3. Membership Access (The Alchemy Network)

  • Memberships are intangible and do not require shipping.
  • Access details are emailed within 24 hours of purchase.
  • All prices for memberships are listed in INR. For international buyers, a currency converter is available at checkout to provide the equivalent amount in your currency.

4. Refund Policy

We aim to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. Please review our refund policy below:

  • Digital Products & Memberships:
    Due to their intangible nature, digital products and memberships are non-refundable.

  • Physical Products (Books):
    Refunds or replacements are available only for defective or damaged items. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at connect@mithylldave.com with details and photos of the damage.

  • Refund Processing Time:
    Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method or bank account within the same timeframe.
